🏆 City Champions! – Girls Soccer

Mandela United are City Champions!

Our Girls Soccer team won their biggest game of the season under the lights at the Calgary Soccer Centre on a beautiful and very cold Friday night.

The girls played Father Lacombe and the game went to extra time and eventually penalty kicks, where United came out on top 3-2. Congratulations to the athletes and coaches, Mr. Cattabeni, Ms. Salt and Ms. Baker!

🤖 Robotics Competition #1 – Thank You!

A huge thank you to our Robotics students and coaches for representing Mandela at the first competition of the Decode season this weekend at North Trail High School.

🧩 School Council – November Meeting

Our School Council will meet on Tuesday, November 25 at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Room.
All parents and guardians are welcome. We value your voice and partnership and hope to see you there.

📢 Tryouts — Junior Boys Basketball

All students wishing to try out for the Junior Boys Basketball Team are asked to meet in the Stadium after school at 3:30 PM to sign up.

Neighbourhood Parking Reminder

We kindly ask parents and guardians not to park in the cul-de-sacs off Martindale Drive during pick-up and drop-off times. These areas are residential, and we continue to receive concerns from neighbours about congestion, blocked driveways, and reduced access for residents.

Please help us maintain positive relationships with our surrounding community by using designated parking and drop-off areas around the school.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep our neighbourhood safe and accessible for everyone.
