Bistro Opens this Week 

The Mandela Bistro is open for business this week. Here you will be able to build your own sandwich, wrap or salad, purchase a hot entree and grab a dessert. Menus can be found on the TVs. You can also see the week’s menu in the week ahead and see what items cater to dietary restrictions.
