Dear families,

We anticipate that the work to install six modular units at Nelson Mandela High School will start this week and be complete by February 2025.

Work will take place on the west side of the school. Once this project is completed, the six modular units will be connected to the main building.

Safety measures will be taken to ensure the safety of students, staff, and community members who use the school site during installation. This includes enclosing the construction area, scheduling work to avoid disrupting learning, and operating within specific hours. While the modulars will be ready for use by February, landscaping and site remediation will need to wait for warmer weather and is anticipated to be completed in April 2025.
